I have just leased and picked up my new 2024 Crosstrek. I had previously driven a larger vehicle and wanted to downsize. Suzanne was incredibly helpful and patient in discussing all my questions and concerns. She was open and honest and made my decision so much easier. The dealership as a whole was a pleasant experience and I hope to be dealing with Suzanne and the Windsor Subaru dealership in the future.

I am impressed with the whole staff at Subaru Windsor. Everyone is very helpful and took care of any of my concerns with a smile. I particularly dealt with Jedd Rudd, he was and is very eager to make himself available. He always promptly answered any of my questions whether it was at the dealership or by text even outside his work schedule. Jedd is a very cheerful and dedicated salesman. Had an absolutely great experience with this dealership, and in particular our salesperson Jackie, when looking to lease a new 8-seater. While the vehicle we wanted was not readily available, Subaru Windsor delivered on all their promises and went above and beyond (including Jackie entertaining our two young children when we were with the financing contact, along with her giving us a thorough walk-through of our new vehicle - something we had not experienced at other dealerships). We would definitely recommend Subaru Windsor to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

My experience with Subaru Windsor has been great! Sales consultant Jedd Cruz went out of his way in all aspects to make sure I was happy with everything. He made me feel comfortable right from the start of the process. I never felt rushed at all to make decisions. I had been searching for a couple months for a pre-owned Subaru and very thankful I ended up there at the right time. Jedd and the rest of the team made the experience flow very easily. My wife and I went into the Subaru dealership on a whim after a lack luster experience with another dealership nearby. Noah Bernard greeted us and helped us to find exactly what we needed.Even when the car we wanted wasn't on the lot, Noah continued to update us on new cars as they became available. The Windsor Subaru team is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. It made the process of buying a vehicle enjoyable. Noah in particular was a pleasure to work with.
