My husband and I stopped in last Friday night, not realizing they were about to close. Mike was so accommodating, patient and helpful. I’m sure he was more than ready to go home after a long day but he genuinely wanted to help us. We had an incredible experience from start to finish with Mike and Tina. Thank you for everything! We are thrilled to have driven home in our brand new 2024 Crosstrek just days after our initial visit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I purchased my second Subaru Outback in January 2023. My first Subaru was purchased in London, but then I moved to Sarnia and had all my service work done at the Sarnia dealership. I've always had a great experience with the Service department. It took me many months to finally decide to upgrade my 2016 Outback to a 2023. The 2016 was in excellent condition and I never had a day of trouble out of it. Shane was very patient with my hemming and hawing! I finally decided on a 2023 Outback Limited XT Turbo and I absolutely LOVE it! What a smooth ride! Thanks for putting up with me Shane!

My experience with Subaru of Sarnia was stellar. I received a call as soon as my Ioniq 5 arrived to set up a pick up appointment. Staff were efficient with my time when picking up my new EV from finance through to feature demos before I drove off. I received a follow up call the day after to check in on my drive & whether I had any questions. Well done SoS!

Had a nice first visit here on a service call. Finished fast. Had the head unit, Harmon-Kardon system updated in the Outback. USB, media syncing fixed. All working well. Like the system, easy to navigate menus, fast and responsive GUI.Ryan and Jazmine were great. Shane was a hoot, nice guy. Glad I stopped by. See you again on next visit!!!

I can't say enough good about these guys and Subaru, First off, I think Subarus are great cars. We're now on number 2, the first was an Outback that we put 310,000 kms and it was a great car. We recently purchased a 2014 Forester from Jeff and his team. We were driving the car over 3,300 kms to St. John's, NL in the first few weeks. Just before we left for the road trip, the car started acting up, something wasn't quite right. This happened on a Friday afternoon a few days before we were to leave. Reached out to Jeff and he was on it within minutes. He called a repair shop very close to us and arranged to have them diagnose the problem. Once we knew what was up, he had a tow truck pick up the car to take back to their dealership. On the Saturday, someone drove to Subaru Canada to get the required parts and we were on the list for first thing Monday morning to replace the parts and get us on our way. The car was ready by 10:30, we thanked them, and hit the road. We were able to stay on schedule and make it to St. John's on time (3,441 kms!). Jeff took a very stressful situation and turned it around. I can't thank him and the team enough for helping us out. It is an 8 year old car, long out of warranty but they took care of everything. These guys are great, you won't be disappointed if you deal with them. We've known Jeff for a long time, he will always do right by you, no matter what happens. Thanks so much for your great service, and a great car to boot!

My wife and I were on the market for a 2023 Outback Onyx, so I had reached out to several Subaru dealerships to schedule a test drive. However, only Subaru of Sarnia responded. Shane was able to communicate his availability within two hours of my initial email and provided exceptional service in an incredibly friendly and relatable manner when we stopped in.We never felt pressured into anything and they gave us plenty of time to sleep on our decisions. In the meantime, Shane worked his magic to get us the model, trim, and colour we were hoping for - and he did it within the first few days of our initial visit! Fast forward and ONLY two weeks later, we're driving away with our new car - nowadays, that's almost unheard of!To Shane, Tina, and the team at Subaru of Sarnia, thank you so much for the wonderful experience with buying our first car. We had our first car shopping experience since 2010, and was not sure what to expect. We started with Mike Van Acker of Subaru Sarnia and went no further. Mike is an informative, non pressure sales person that made our visit stress free. All the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. We couldn’t be happier to purchase our first Subaru Forester from Mike and look forward to dealing with Subaru of Sarnia in our future.

Shane sold us out first Subaru Forester. I say first because I am positive we will be back! The service was beyond my expectations from everyone at dealership. All of my inquiries were answered fast and the customer service when test driving, signing the financing and picking up my subie was phenomenal. I can't recommend these guys enough. First of all, Shane is an absolute miracle worker. He works so hard to get his customers exactly what they want and in a very relaxed atmosphere. In these challenging times, he does everything possible to make it happen. I just got my vehicle 2 days before moving to northern Ontario which I was not expecting at all. Shane made it happen. I also had extra accessories that I needed installed and the service team made it happen before my departure. Raj was also a great person to deal with. He's knowledgeable and very personable. I'm a customer for life and if I don't buy out this car at the end of my lease, I'll drive the 11 hours to get my next car from Shane. You'll want to give him a big bear hug after working with him, I did!
